Jacksonville Fashion Week website is Launched!

The website for Jacksonville Fashion Week, a multi-event celebration of fashion on Florida’s First Coast, is now live!

2011 Jax Fashion Week logoI have been working with the creative ladies at Jacksonville Fashion Week and am stoked to learn more about another media of artistic expression during the design and development of their website.

Jacksonville Fashion Week (JFW) will be an annual event and will unite the fashion community, bringing awareness to Jacksonville about what’s developing with the fashion world in their own back yard. The first official Jacksonville Fashion Week will be held March 24-26, 2011.

Check out the JFW website to see this year’s lineup of :

  • established and local emerging designers,
  • top Jax fashion photographers,
  • beautiful models
  • Jax top DJs

as well as many of Jacksonville’s most talented artists.

During these 3 fashion packed days, there will be

  • a variety of fashion shows,
  • after-parties
  • workshops for commercial and entertainment purposes.

JFW is part of a plan to establish Jacksonville as a presence in the fashion arena and create an outlet to expo local fashion and accessories designers for retail buyers, boutique owners and consumers.

In addition, JFW is providing local business partners, aspiring models and community members a fashion-centric cultural opportunity in the heart of Downtown Jacksonville.  Key Theory is one of the local sponsors for Jax Fashion Week.

A portion of the Jacksonville Fashion Week profits will benefit non-profit organizations.
